A little curiosity
Amaranth is not just a plant with a thousand benefits, but it hides a particular meaning. In fact, the ancient peoples of Central America considered it sacred.
It symbolized eternal and never-ending feelings, such as friendship and lasting esteem. In ancient Rome it was used as a remedy against envy and misfortune.
Few consume it but this cereal would have enormous power against bad cholesterol and high diabetes.
