UA woman was burned in the face, chest and arms after being sprayed with solvent and set on fire by her ex-companion following an argument on Saturday in Lyon, we learned from police sources on Sunday.
The prognosis of the victim, aged 35, is not engaged. The perpetrator, who had fled at first, then went to the police station in the 1st arrondissement of the city and has been in police custody ever since.
The man used white spirit and set it on fire. The facts took place at the end of the afternoon in the presence of a witness. An investigation is underway for attempted murder.
