Just four months after the end of the court case between Johnny Depp and Amber Heard, the first film adaptation is now available on a streaming service. It has now become known who will embody the two Hollywood actors.
A few months ago was the trial between the once-married couple Johnny Depp and Amber Heard the subject in the media. The trial ended on June 1 with a partial guilty verdict for both. Many production companies secured rights to film the event. The first film to be released now is called “hot take“. Not only the events in, but also the story of the two actors as a couple outside the courtroom are presented.
“Hot Take” was produced exclusively for the streaming service “Tubi” and will be released on September 30th. How and when the film can be seen in Germany is not yet known. “The film was produced very quickly by Tubi and MarVista, to contemporary capture a story that has become part of the cultural zeitgeist and paint a unique picture of what millions of people saw in the headlines over the summer,” Tubi’s Adam Lewinson said in a press release.

For the first film adaptation of the drama Tubi has secured reasonably well-known faces from the American TV landscape around the two Hollywood actors.
The role of Johnny Depp will Take over Mark Hapka. The actor is best known for the 2015 film Parallels. A very special resemblance to Depp is not noticeable at first glance, but with Masked and costume some similarities can still be produced.
