When shooting the final film in the action series, “The Final Chapter”, a Hummer H1 jeep rolled off a rotating platform in 2015 and buried the technician Ricardo Cornelius under himself. Cornelius died a short time later in the hospital.
A special effects consultant died in Mexico in 1985. An explosive charge he had prepared went off too early during filming. The explosion injured Cliff Wenger († 34) so badly that he succumbed to the consequences.

Cinematographer Conway Wickliffe († 41) died in 2008 while shooting the “Batman” film when the car on which he was sitting with his camera crashed into a tree at 30 km / h.
Wickliffe succumbed to his injuries at the scene of the accident.
In the film with Johnny Depp (58), diver Mike Bridger († 48) drowned in an eight-meter-deep water tank in 2013. Since no guard was appointed, contrary to the regulations, no one was aware that he had suffered a heart attack.
