Android: Youtube allows viewing horizontal video comments

Beyond the videos, one of the most interesting aspects of Youtube are the comments. In them we will find all kinds of opinions from the people who saw the content. However, from smartphones, we could not see them on par with the image. Now, from Android, this feature has been enabled to make it possible.

It took several months of testing for Google to release this function on cell phones. In order to activate this function, you have to take a previous step. Here’s how to start viewing comments horizontally.

One of the latest updates from Google and YouTube will improve the experience in the app. Now you will be able to see the comments of the videos when we are viewing them in landscape mode without having to minimize it.

From the beginning, the video could be seen alongside the comments if we were vertical. Well, if we want these to continue on the screen when we change to horizontal, we have to first open them.

When we select the option to show us the comments vertically, it will continue when you change the mode. With that, YouTube will show us the text in a new panel when rotating the equipment.

This window will be one size smaller than the video. In it we can see all the comments of the video. At the same time, we will also have the option to leave our opinion. Within all, it is important to take into account that it is only enabled for Android.
