Bochum looking for offensive power

VfL Bochum is looking for a new offensive force after Simon Zoller’s (30) ruptured cruciate ligament. As reported by ‘Sport Bild’, sports director Sebastian Schindzielorz has around one to two million euros, including salaries, at his disposal. “We looked at the market for players without a contract and then decided to wait until winter”, Schindzielorz explains the situation.

Zoller led VfL to promotion to the Bundesliga in the past championship season together with Robert Zulj (29), who then moved to Dubai. Before the important duel against Greuther Fürth (Saturday, 3:30 p.m.), the blue-whites could not compensate for the losses in the attack and are therefore on the penultimate place in the table. “It’s not a final, but a very important game”says Schindzielorz.
