Announced at the end of May of this year, the Canon EOS R7 and EOS R10 became available in the international market this beginning of the week. According to the brand, they are the first mirrorless cameras with APS-C sensor of the EOS R System.
This format provides features aimed at photography enthusiasts and content creators. The models are more compact in size, without losing speed and performance. The R7 has 612 grams, while the R10 has 429 grams.

Both feature a faster continuous mechanical shutter than other APS-C EOS models at 15 fps, as well as 30 fps and 23 fps in electronic mode. They also support recording videos in 4K 60p or 4K 30p.
The EOS R7 has an additional 4K 60p mode aimed at extending the range further. This camera also has In-Camera Image Stabilizer (IBIS) and seeks to offer a weather-resistant design for those who usually take photos and film in extreme conditions. It is also the first of its kind to employ Canon Log 3 and Cinema Gamut.
