In recent hours, the Misiones Police arrested a suspect for the crime of Sebastián “Chany” Fernández Da Rosa (42), who for these hours remains incommunicado while waiting for some evidence requested by the Justice, such as evidence of paraffin.

As El Territorio was able to learn based on sources involved in the investigation, the arrest of the person involved, who belongs to Bernardo de Irigoyen, took place after the survey of testimonies from people who were at or near the scene at the time of the incident.

Although the identities of both the arrested person and the deponent are kept confidential so as not to hinder the progress of the investigation (and to preserve the integrity of both), the witness reportedly said that he recognized the murderer when he turned his head, despite He traveled with a helmet and on a motorcycle with a Brazilian license plate.

As El Territorio reported, the event occurred around 9:30 in the morning in a merchandise warehouse located on the border with Brazil, on Tránsito Pesado avenue and its intervention with Saltos del Moconá. There Chany had a warehouse of merchandise.

The murderer arrived in a black Honda Titan 250 with a Brazilian patent and fired several shots at the target and then fled. The victim’s relatives were the ones who took him to the local hospital, but unfortunately the medical professionals were unable to do anything.

The police medical report indicates that he was shot seven times. The authorities of the Court of Instruction One of San Pedro, in charge of Judge Ariel Belda Palomar, who are involved in the case, ordered that he be transferred for an autopsy.

At this time, several commissions of the XII Regional Unit are devoted to the reconstruction of the event and as one of the first measures, the revival of images from security cameras was ordered. In this regard, one of the cameras would have captured the murderer traveling on the aforementioned motorcycle.
