According to the complaint filed by the animal shelter, Cachorrilandia, the events occurred on Haciendas de Cuajimalpa street, outside house 1521 A, where the alleged culprit, identified as Rasec Rangel, whipped, hit and killed two dogs, which threatened to kill a person. The man was drunk.
It was learned that the person responsible tried to escape in his black Atos car, license plates URW-463-E, but the neighbors chased him for 40 minutes, however, despite this, they asked for the support of the authorities for his arrest. , no patrol arrived. Rasec still free.
The blood of both dogs remained on the wall and sidewalk in the area, now they ask for justice and jail for the subject.
