At 10 o’clock in the morning the commemorative parade of November 20 began; the contingent left from Francisco Coss boulevard and ended on the same boulevard at the height of Hidalgo street.

Despite the low temperatures that were recorded as a result of cold front number 10, hundreds of families came out to watch the paradealthough there was uncertainty as to whether the activities would be suspended since dozens of families remained on Venustiano Carranza boulevard waiting for the contingenthowever, the tour was modified without prior notice.
According to a State Government publication, the parade would end at Avenida Universidad, at Ateneo Fuente, however, the tour ended on north Hidalgo streetalmost reaching Jesús Valdés Sánchez.
The event was chaired by the Governor of Coahuila, Miguel Angel Riquelme Solis who was accompanied by the mayor Jose Maria Fraustro Silleras well as the presidents of the legislature and judiciary, Miguel Mery Ayup Y Eduardo Olmos Castro.
