After the government of Mexico City presented this Wednesday the “inconsistencies” of the latest DNV technical report on the root cause of the collapse of two cars on Line 12 of the Metro, which occurred on May 3, 2021 and the which left 26 dead, the Norwegian company ruled on the matter.

Through a statement published on its website, the firm maintained that the expert reports were prepared by an international team of experts, with strict methodology and internal quality and review procedures, complying with the contractual requirements agreed with the government headed by Claudia Sheinbaum. .

“This Final Report was delivered fully within the contractual requirements, on time and complete”

And it is that the capital authorities did not accept the results of the third report, referring to Barrier 4, which indicates that the lack of maintenance and inspections of the current administration contributed to the tragedy of the so-called “golden line” of the Metro.
