  1. Be authentic. It is important to analyze whether our personality and way of interacting will fit with the organizational culture of the company. For this, it is essential to know the way of relating in the hierarchy of the institution, even the way of dressing in the collaborators.
  2. Keep it real. Knowing and being aware of our strengths and opportunities for improvement will be important to analyze ourselves and understand if we can really meet the expectations they have of us at work. Likewise, it will be essential to analyze whether our opportunities for improvement can decisively limit our performance.
  3. Define your goals. Within the first steps to develop personal marketing is defining our objectives. Be very clear about what we want for our lives and focus the search towards that goal. The ideal is to find the correct alignment between what we want and what our work contributes to that achievement. If both addresses match, we are on the right track.
  4. Choose the content that defines you. To attract and conquer your target audience, it will be necessary to highlight your differences in the contribution you can generate. They must perceive something in you that they do not find in others. In that sense, ask yourself: what is my differential? Identified this, create content, position yourself and guarantee your value proposition. Likewise, working on self-awareness, improvement opportunities, achievement-oriented competence and resilience will be the correct formula for success.
