Jaroslav Drobny is acting as goalkeeper coach at the second representation of FC Bayern. As the record champions announced, Walter Junghans, who is actually responsible for the keeper, is out for several weeks. Due to long-term knee problems, the 62-year-old has to undergo knee surgery.
Drobny started work on Thursday. Tomorrow the 41-year-old will take a seat in the coaching bench against Wacker Burghausen for the first time. In his career, the former goalkeeper stood between the posts for Werder Bremen and Hamburger SV, among others.
Welcome to #FCBayernCampus, Jaroslav! 👋
