“I came from a very poor town, but now I am quite an entrepreneur. I started working in a hamburger joint owned by a relative and managed to save money to have a food kiosk in front of a supermarket. After a few years I was able to open this place in Los Olivos”He says proudly.
Fernández affirms that the success of his business is due to the fact that he prepares the creams and hamburgers, which are made from ground meat, and also peels and fries the potatoes.
“TEverything is homemade, nothing is processed. In addition, I work with my son Nich who helps me to continue with this business that was hit by the pandemic and that is slowly rising“, bill.

“We are from Catacaos, Piura. We migrated to the capital 12 years ago and one way of getting ahead was by creating a practical business to sell food. We bought this vehicle thanks to the investment of my son, Pedro Crisanto, who participated in Yo Soy Kids”, Says Karla León, owner and manager of the kitchen.
In this business they offer delicious dishes that are prepared daily, respecting the customs of their region. On some occasions, they even have a speaker and Pedro interprets some songs to cheer up the customers.
“The most requested dishes are: seco de cabrito with beans and green tamale, rice with duck, ceviche and dried chabelo with green banana and meat. Seafood that we cook instantly also comes out a lot”He adds.
