4500 euros fine and four months imprisonment on probation

The 19-year-old and the 23-year-old farmer were a couple for a year and a half, then they broke up. Apparently he couldn’t cope with this and – so the court believes – did a few very strange things. He wrote threatening letters and deposited them with himself. In these dozen of letters there was always talk of keeping his hands off the girl, otherwise something would happen. The young man denies to the last, but there are countless indications that, according to judge Martin Mitteregger, clearly identify him as the perpetrator. Apparently he couldn’t cope with the end of the relationship and somehow wanted to draw attention to himself or at least keep in touch with the young woman, according to the court’s assumption.

accident concealed

What the young man admits is that he caused an accident when he was drunk after the district music festival in Lingenau. First he stated that a car thief must have been at fault. However, he then confessed that this was a fairy tale.

False Evidence, Feigning a Punishable Action, Dangerous Threats and Falsification of Evidence come together. The penalty of four months probation plus 4500 euros unconditional fine is not final.
