First Advent in Potsdam: Fairies, mulled wine and Bohemian traditions

Bohemian Christmas market in Babelsberg

Tree decorations in Neu Fahrland

The Christmas tree in Neu Fahrland will be decorated on Friday (November 25) with singing, a campfire and mulled wine. The event organized by the local council and the KSC 2000 association at the pear plantation begins at 5.30 p.m. Visitors can hang up the Christmas tree decorations they brought with them – baubles or pendants, but also wishes or worries.

Prison Workshops’ Christmas Bazaar

Advent room on the Pfingstberg

There is no Christmas market at the Belvedere on the Pfingstberg this year. But on Saturday (November 26th) and Sunday (November 27th) the association is organizing one from 2 p.m Advent room in the Pfingstberghauswhere you can do handicrafts with mulled wine and cookies.

Tower bubbles on the Old Market

The Potsdamer Turmbläser will play at the new location for the first time on Sunday (November 27th). The musicians stand on the balcony of Humboldtstraße 4, next to the Barberini, and let their trumpets and trombones sound at 6 p.m.
