Niklas Nilsson, formerly Niklas Fakhro, was arrested on Friday for the incident which is said to have taken place in Malmö during the spring and summer.
According to information to SVT Nyheter Skåne, it is supposed to be about an apartment creation where he is said to have been involved in getting an elderly person to give away his apartment.
The head of the preliminary investigation is prosecutor Fredrik Jönsson, who at the moment does not want to make any comments because more people are to be heard in the case.
At the custody hearing, Niklas Nilsson denied the crime.
Three brothers cheated 82-year-old
SVT Nyheter Skåne has previously reviewed the brothers’ garden company and scam company.
Last summer, three of the Fakhro brothers were sentenced to three years in prison each serious Fraud. According to the verdict, they had tricked an 82-year-old man, now deceased, into giving away his apartment to one of the brothers.
