The Dornbirn author Isabel Natter was a guest at “Vorarlberg LIVE” on Monday and spoke about the UN children’s and youth book fair “Buch am Bach”, which opens its doors on Tuesday in the Götzner Kulturbühne Ambach.

The UN children’s and young people’s book fair Buch am Bach opens its doors today in the Götzner Kulturbühne Ambach. From Tuesday to Thursday, the community is transformed into the reading capital of Vorarlberg. Isabel Natter is one of the authors whose readings transform the Kulturbühne into a colorful reading festival. The Dornbirn author has her debut “Dumpelchen geht step by step” with her. At Vorarlberg LIVE, the 26-year-old told what interested parties can expect in her workshop at the Buch am Bach. “I read from ‘Dumpelchen’ and then the children can smudge or paint an illustration,” said Isabel Natter.

Seven Vorarlberg booksellers bring thousands of books to Buch am Bach. This makes the large hall the largest bookshop for children’s and youth books in the country.

In addition, this Friday everything revolves around books in the AK library in Feldkirch. Ruth Byrne and Susa Hämmerle will take eleven to fourteen year olds into the realm of fantasy.
