Samsung’s future Galaxy A34 may have just unveiled its design. Leaker Steve Hemmerstoffer aka OnLeaks has struck again. The opportunity to see that Samsung could keep a certain consistency in terms of design, from entry-level to high-end.
After the Samsung Galaxy A14 and the Galaxy A54, it’s the Galaxy A34’s turn to reveal itself. Images which, once again, are shared by @OnLeaks on Twitter. We discover the design of a phone that Samsung should in all likelihood offer below the psychological bar of 400 euros.
First renderings of the Samsung Galaxy A34
As always, we must remember that the images presented here are not official and that Samsung should wait until the first quarter of 2023 to present its future Galaxy A34. That being said, OnLeaks is a “leaker” that shines with the accuracy of its sources. That being said, the images shared by Steve Hemmerstoffer on Twitter are perfectly consistent with those of the Galaxy A14 and A54 which, in all likelihood, would share visual codes reminiscent of those of the Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra.
On the back, this results in a vertical alignment of the camera modules which no longer form a block perfectly integrated into the shell as on the Galaxy A33 5G, but well separated modules. There are three of them here, which would confirm Samsung’s abandonment of the most useless photo module in the range.
On the front, there are generous black borders all around the screen. As is often the case with the most affordable smartphones, the border is lower and wider than the other three. The front camera module is integrated in the form of a water drop, as on the A13 and A33. Finally, the images highlight a flat screen and rounded edges.

A beginning of technical sheet
As for the technical characteristics, the phone would have a 6.5-inch AMOLED panel and dimensions of 161.3 x 77.7 x 8.2 mm. A jack would always be on the lower edge, alongside the USB-C. On the right, there would be a volume control button and the power button which would also house the fingerprint reader. The A34 is expected with the same chip as the A54, namely an Exyno 1380 SoC.
It is very likely that Samsung will release only one version of the Galaxy A34 which will be compatible with the 5G network. If the Korean manufacturer follows the same pattern as in 2022, the Galaxy A34 would be presented alongside the Galaxy A54, around March 2023. Like their predecessors, the two phones should offer 4 years of major Android updates and 5 years of security updates. Unparalleled software support on Android so far.
