Rodrigo L., 21, alias “Kindi”, was arrested this Monday morning after a raid on his home in the Fátima neighborhood. The accused of armed robbery injured a man with a knife, who is stable and out of danger.
The investigation that led to the arrest of “Kindi” began based on complaints from a 34-year-old man and a 24-year-old woman.
At the 14th police station, the first victim declared that he was intercepted by the defendant who, aboard a bicycle, threatened to rob him and stabbed him several times that caused injuries to his abdomen and left hand. Later, when he was returning to his house, he allegedly threatened him again with a gun.
For her part, the girl recounted that when she was going to the Fatima Hospital, she was approached by the person involved and two other young men, who apparently, also carrying a firearm, stole her cell phone and personal documentation.
With the accuracy of the data collected, the place of residence of the suspect was determined, who was requisitioned by order of the Posadas Investigating Court No. 1, where he was arrested and seized a 26 wheeled bicycle and a cell phone that will be submitted for expert purposes.
Subsequently, they housed him at the police headquarters at the disposal of Justice. Agents from the Infantry Directorate, the Fatima Women’s Police Station and the UR-X Investigations Division collaborated with the procedure.
