Moscow, Moscow – the megahit is still present at every party, which is why Ralph Siegel is reviving his cult band from the 80s: Dschinghis Khan! “The band is coming back. We’ve been working on the choreography, the songs and the costumes for months,” revealed Laura Siegel on the verge of her 40th birthday.

Also present at the new edition of the cult band: Telamo boss Ken Otremba, who announced a CD and a tour. The band members, with an average age of 25, have already been cast. “Dschinghis Khan should become more acrobatic, a real show band,” says Otremba. In the next few weeks, Siegel wants to introduce Dschinghis Khan – but first his musical A little peace will premiere in the Festspielhaus Füssen.

Genghis Khan creator Ralph Siegel won trial

It was only in 2022 that Siegel won a lawsuit against former singer Wolfgang Heichel, who tried to make money with a Dschinghis Khan formation. The Munich regional court saw Siegel as a producer and creator. In 2018, for the World Cup in Russia, Siegel put together a new Dschinghis Khan formation.
