Gómez Mont accuses that judge ordered maximum security prison

Mexico City.- Inés Goméz Mont accused that Judge Zeferín Hernández ordered a maximum security prison against her and her husband Víctor Manuel Álvarez Puga.

Through a statement, the driver pointed out that on September 10 an arrest warrant was released against the couple; However, he asserted that at that time it did not exist and it was this week when the judge issued the order.

“It is regrettable because it could have given us the opportunity to go free to deny any accusation,” he said.

He added that the authorities are declaring more crimes against him, including tax matters.

“Now for fiscal matters for which it already had conclusive agreements with SAT and PRODECON,” he said.

Likewise, Gómez Mont declared that there is a “bad faith” prosecution against him because the Public Prosecutor, Carlos Romero Aranda, initiated a procedure without taking into account the legal powers.

“It was not legally authorized. His thirst for persecution against us was of that size,” he said.

Finally, he said that he is very afraid that the abuses will continue, but despite this he has faith that the truth will come out and his innocence will be proven.

“They want to shut me up, but I will continue to raise my voice with all my might,” he said.
