Chema Fraustro He stated that it is another example of the united work in security matters to launch actions in order to avoid illegal acts, or, care for citizens in need.
“With the update of the crime cartography we will have very valuable information to implement or adjust security strategies where required”Fraustro Siller commented.
The Mayor stated that the task is for Saltillo to continue to be a safe city, which is why efforts are coordinated with the different instances, but also within the Municipal Government, in this case between the Security and Citizen Protection Police Station and the Municipal Planning Institute.
The director of Implan, Ricardo Alvarez Garciaassured that they will continue to work closely with the Security and Citizen Protection Police Station to gather more information to help establish crime prevention and care strategies.
Chema Fraustro recognizes Police officers for years of service
Mayor José María Fraustro Siller gave awards and economic incentives to a group of 16 elements whose career within the Municipal Police of Saltillo ranges from 28 to 39 years of service.
Chema Fraustro thanked them for their services and urged them to continue working on the security project; she said her experience is an invaluable aspect and that serves as an example for the new generations of police officers.
The secretary of the City Council, Carlos Estrada Flores, participated in the weekly security meeting; the Commissioner for Citizen Security and Protection, Federico Fernández Montañez; representatives of the Mexican Army and the National Guard; the director of Civic Council of Institutions of Coahuila, Sara Arizpe Ramos.
