VfB Stuttgart is guiding a youngster with bright prospects to Bad Cannstatt. Jovan Milosevic is moving from the Serbian first division club FK Vojvodina Novi Sad to the Swabians and has signed a contract until the summer of 2027. The 17-year-old will first finish the current season in his home country and then move to Stuttgart. A transfer fee of 1.2 million euros is under discussion.

“We are pleased that Jovan Milosevic has decided to join VfB”says VfB sports director Fabian Wohlgemuth, “He brings a lot of qualities that an offensive player needs. We will accompany Jovan step by step in his further development at VfB and introduce him to the demands of professional football.”

Milosevic’s move was no easy task for the VfB bosses. Vojvodina got wind of talks between the player and his future employer early on and then stopped using Milosevic. In the meantime, however, all parties have come to a common denominator.
