A prince turns 40 – and celebrates with two queens.

Williams’ birthday party is going to be double the fun! Because the British heir to the throne throws his party together with the queen of his heart – his wife Kate (40)! Because she couldn’t really celebrate her birthday in January because of the corona restrictions, William now shares the limelight with her.

A rarity, which incidentally already existed 22 years ago: In June 2000, William’s 18th, Princess Anne’s 50th, Princess Margaret’s 70th and Andrew’s 40th birthdays were all celebrated together.

According to palace circles, a summer party is planned at Windsor Castle or in Sandringham. The insiders also want to know what is important to the Cambridges: “Family First” and neither of them should be alone in the limelight.

Like the British “Mirror” and the “The Sunreport, according to royal circles, William and Kate want to celebrate “their milestone birthdays in style”. And so, as is tradition in their royal family. With a private, big celebration with loved ones and relatives.

William and Kate would bet everything on their family. Different to Meghan’s Birthday last August, which the sources say was “a show.”

As a reminder: Harry’s sweetheart celebrated her 40th birthday with her own campaign to help women find their way back into jobs after Corona. Many celebrities from cinema, TV and the show industry took part. Too much self-PR then strengthened royal fans and observers of the royal family.

Will Meghan and Harry get an invitation card to William and Kate’s party?

Of course, the “real” Queen Elizabeth II (96) is also invited to Williams and Kate’s double event. However, whether the monarch can attend the celebrations will only be decided shortly beforehand, depending on her state of health.

In any case, the Queen congratulated her grandson on his 40th birthday. On her Instagram account, her team published a series of photos of William – as a tot, as a young man, as heir to the throne. But especially together with Grandma Queen. Laughing from the bottom of my heart.

And Elizabeth herself was now radiant and full of strength at a new appointment. The Queen, who has mobility issues, welcomed Archbishop of Canterbury Justin Welby, 66, without her cane!

The two met at Windsor Castle, smiling in a photo released by the palace. Most recently, the Queen had mostly leaned on her cane, now she shows herself in a pretty floral dress without this walking aid. The Archbishop presented the Queen with a 70th Jubilee gift.

What was going on apart from William’s milestone birthday and beautiful, new photos of the Queen at the start of the Royals’ week? Prince George is following in his dad’s footsteps!

Kate and William’s eldest child has practiced being heir to the throne and charity work. The eight-year-old organized a cake bazaar during the corona pandemic, it has now been announced. The money raised will benefit an organization that is also close to William’s heart: “Tusk” is committed to nature conservation.

Charlie Mayhew, executive director of the charity that works to protect endangered species in Africa: “Prince George was very kind and organized a bake sale and wrote a sweet card about caring for Africa’s wildlife,” Mayhew said.

George’s dad William has been Tusk’s patron since 2015 – and his son is now joining.
