How to watch Andor in legal streaming in France today?

This Wednesday, September 21, Disney+ is launching the long-awaited series Andor, which is set in the Star Wars universe. It’s a prequel to the movie Rogue One: A Star Wars storthere. The first three episodes (of the 12 in the series) will be offered simultaneously. Here’s how to watch them.

After The Mandalorian, The Boba Fett Bookand Obi-Wan Kenobithe Disney+ streaming platform completes the Star Wars universe with a prequel… of a prequel. Andor takes place shortly after the seizure of power by the Galactic Empire, several years before the events told in the original trilogy. The story focuses on the character of the rebel Cassian Andor, already present in Snape One. After seeing his planet destroyed by the Empire, he wanders from planet to planet and will take part in the birth of the resistance.

Composed of 12 episodes, this series is therefore a prequel to the spin-off RogueOnealso a prequel to Episode IV Star Wars: A New Hope, the first film in the Star Wars saga. Two seasons are planned to tell the beginnings of the Rebel Alliance and to link films and series together. Disney thus continues to expand the already vast universe of the Star Wars license, like Amazon Prime and its series The Rings of Power and HBO with House of the Dragon.
