Hugo Espino Lucana, who has accepted the sincere confession, said that, from the Government, it would have been coordinated that the construction of the highway that crosses the house of President Pedro Castillo, in Anguía, be granted to the company Parasol, whose owner is Daniel Obregón; according to a Panorama report.

Last Wednesday, September 14, Obregón Flores was arrested by the Special Team of the National Police of Peru (PNP), because he had an arrest warrant issued by the Single-person Court of Ventanilla for the crime of collusion.
According to Espino’s confession to the Prosecutor’s Office, the mayor of Anguía, José Nenil Medina Guerrero, directed the award of the aforementioned work to Daniel Obregón’s company following a recommendation from the deputy mayor of the same district, Carlos Cabrera.
“Nenil Medina was looking for a company, that is why he consulted Carlos Cabrera and he told him that Daniel Obregón… who owns a company called Grupo Parasol”, said Espino Lucana.
“That work was going to be carried out by direct invitation and Nenil Medina was looking for a company, which is why he consulted Carlos Cabrera and he told him: ‘Daniel Obregón who owns a company called Grupo Parasol’. Two days later I asked Nenil Medina and she told me that they were going to do the work with them.referring to the Parasol group”, he added.
The Sunday newspaper also detailed that Daniel Obregón’s company won two other contracts with the State for S/102 million with Sedapal and with SedaJuliaca for S/33 million.
