The idea is great: offer a beautiful device, powerful hardware at an affordable price to the emerging market. O Infinix Note 10 Pro it already cost BRL 1,599.00 at its launch, but is currently above the R$ 1.850,00. Performance

To assess the performance of smartphones, I like to separate the different types of users who attend Oficina da Net. So, let’s explore the benchmarking numbers and performance in Roda Liso. Then we see how the device performs in the hands of a common user, who likes to play games, but is focused only on a good gaming experience, besides, of course, a device that doesn’t let him down in everyday activities.

In the tests of benchmarking the performance of the Infinix Note 10 Pro was average, literally. It turns out that in our Performance Ranking we have an amount of approximately 60 smartphones and the Infinix took a position in 33rd place. But I must highlight the PC Mark test, in which the Infinix was in 16th position, right after the Motorola Moto G100 — a great smartphone, by the way. Here is a table with his benchmarking results.

Benchmarking Infinix Note 10 Pro Galaxy M62
3D Mark SlingShot (OpenGL + Vulkan) 5589 8091
AnTuTu 360713 390163
Geekbench 5 (Single + Multicore) 2149 2802
GFX Bench (Aztec 1080) 750 1792
PC Mark 10327 7898

And how did he do at Roda Liso? Good, the average benchmarking performance was repeated in the gaming test. Infinix had six Roda labels, only two Roda Liso and three Não Roda. Do you guess which games did Infinix catch? Of course Genshin Impact e Minecraft are among them.

But on a daily basis, I confess to you that I was surprised with the Infinix Note 10 Pro. I found the gameplay and performance in most games very good. In Asphalt 9 you can use the graphic settings at maximum and you will hardly notice glitches. In Genshin Impact, there is a notorious greater suffering for the smartphone to run the game, so if you want a smartphone to run these games, better keep an eye on other options. In everyday life, no complaints, crashes or any issue related to the performance of this smartphone.

Drums

A 5,000mAh Infinix Note 10 Pro battery is good, lasts a day without problems, reaching the next noon if you don’t overdo it. But I still think the tactic of lying down to sleep and putting the smartphone to carry with you is valid — that way you’ll hardly be in your hand.

However, in the battery test, which devices are subjected to long periods of web browsing, social media usage, camera usage, watching videos on YT and the AnTuTu stress test, the Infinix Note 10 Pro could not withstand the high load of the tests, turning off completely at the end of the last test, totalizing 7h08 minutes of screen on. An ok result.

The 33W charger does a good job and you can charge the battery from 0 to 100% in 1h15 minutes.

cameras

When I received the Infinix Note 10 Pro I thought that the weak point of this smartphone would be its performance, even though it has a great amount of RAM and an intermediate/good processor. But as you can see, the performance isn’t the best, but it wasn’t the worst either. Because it was on the cameras that I found the big “Achilles tendon” of the Infinix Note 10 Pro. On paper, again, good values: a main camera from 64 MP, an ultrawide de 8 MP, and two secondary lenses for depth and monochrome photos, both with 2 MP.

As I say in reviews of intermediate devices, the photos during the day and under good light conditions look good. But in Infinix I felt that if you zoomed in on the screen (both by smartphone and computer) the image already has a significant loss of quality and definition. This indicates that the photo has poor pixel quality. In addition, the contrast is out of balance, leaving the photos either too dark or too blown up – and yes, with Auto HDR always on. In ultrawide photos the colors are even more opaque, dull and lifeless. There were rare moments when I thought the result of the photo was good, as in the photo of the daisy flower.

The front camera seems to work better with the issue of interpretation of colors in the scene, leaving a more beautiful look, but the focus… Well, the focus in many opportunities was elsewhere, except on the main object, in this case, me. See in this example how the distance between you and the smartphone is crucial for the focus to be perfect. So here’s the tip: pictures too close will not roll.

The user can even explore a world up close with macro photos, whose quality is also on a level of simplicity just “ok”.

The videos follow the same level as the photos, but with a resolution of up to 4K on the rear and Full HD at 30fps on the front.

Price

The market that the Infinix Note 10 Pro is inserted in is the intermediary, with a price that is in accordance with the category. The 8GB version is priced at R$1,859.00. And we always have to remember that Black Friday is coming — and here at Oficina da Net we have several tips and offers for you to make the most of the promotions, so it is possible that the smartphone will be cheaper during this period.

competitors

And if you compare price, hardware and design of the Infinix Note 10 Pro with some competitors, which other smartphone deserves to be included as an option? If you said Poco X3 Pro you are correct!

Poco X3 Pro

Poco’s darling has a better processor (snapdragon 860), more battery, charger with the same capacity and a bigger main camera. The display is smaller in size but has a 120Hz refresh rate. The Poco X3 Pro is simply the best value for money for us Brazilians. The only negative is that to reach the price of R$ 1800.00 just importing the device.

Galaxy M62

Plus, it comes equipped with an Exynos 9825 processor, 8GB of RAM, options with up to 256GB of storage, plus a Super AMOLED display and a 32MP front-facing camera.

pros

  • Elegant design;
  • Giant screen;
  • 33W turbo charger
Cons

  • Performance below expectations;
  • Bad photos;
  • Battery just “OK”

ice cream a beautiful smartphone, well produced on the outside, decent workmanship and a huge display. Even its technical sheet has important numbers like 8 GB of RAM, but the Infinix Note 10 Pro leaves something to be desired in some aspects that I think are important, such as cameras.

It was released for R$1,599, and currently it is above BRL 1,800; if it was still costing the same price as its release, I’d say it would be a good thing to hope that in the Black Friday the price dropped below R$1,200.
