This Wednesday evening, TMC broadcast a bonus devoted to the DSK affair. In 9 p.m. MediaJulien Bellver, media columnist for Daily, retraced the fall in 2011 of Dominique Strauss-Kahn, who was destined to become President of the Republic. On Twitter, the account of Daily broadcast several extracts from the bonus, including one showing the reactions of politicians the day after the revelation of the DSK scandal. At the time, many of them highlighted the “presumption of innocenceby Dominique Strauss-Kahn.When the DSK affair broke out, the French political class came to its aid. Imagine the same reaction in 2022” wrote Daily in his tweet, which angered Cécile Delarue, one of the plaintiffs of Patrick Poivre d’Arvor.
“Are we talking to you again about the airtime that you were the only ones to give to PPDA?”
The reason ? In March 2021, Yann Barthès received Patrick Poivre d’Arvor on the set of Daily so that he can explain himself, a few weeks after the revelation by The Parisian of a complaint against him for rape. But several complainants of the ex-star of TF1 judged that the interview with Yann Barthès had been too complacent. In response to the footage tweeted by DailyCécile Delarue replied: “Is this a joke? We talk to you again about the air time that you were the only ones to give to Patrick Poivre d’Arvor, about your placidity in the face of his speech and how much you never tried to answer by inviting us to do so? Imagine, in 2022!” dropped the former TF1 journalist.
“Yann Barthès was really bad, bad, bad”
Two days ago, another alleged victim of Patrick Poivre d’Arvor had castigated the attitude of Yann Barthès. “He was really bad, bad, bad at the interview level, he was in his little slippers. PPDA, we would give him the good Lord without confession“said Emma Dancourt during her appearance on the show Estelle Noon on RMC and RMC Story.
