First we will have to prepare the dough for our crêpes. Take the eggs and beat them together in a bowl with a pinch of salt. Then, separately, sift the flour and add the milk slowly, mixing with a whisk until we have eliminated all the lumps.

At this point, add the eggs to the flour mixture, the milk and mix everything well. Let the batter, thus obtained, rest for at least 30 minutes in the fridge and keep it covered with a little film.

Once this half hour has passed, grease a little oil in a pan and let it heat up. Then, using a spoon, pour a small amount of batter and distribute it evenly over the entire surface of the pan. This step will be enough to do it simply by tilting the pan with the handle; in this way we can be sure not to make any layer too thick or thin compared to the others, which, otherwise, could affect the result.

Once we have prepared our crêpes, all we have to do is prepare the cream. Then take a large saucepan and mix well sugar, flour and cocoa. While we mix, add the milk slowly and put everything on the fire over a low flame. We then combine the butter, the chocolate and finally the rum, continuing to mix until we have obtained a creamy mixture.

Then spread a thin layer of cream on each crepe and place a little sliced ​​banana on top. We fold everything up to create a kind of fan and here our delicious dessert will be finished and ready to serve.
