Jany tempel against the court – “This is mental bodily harm”

Munich – At the beginning of March 2021, the public prosecutor’s office in Munich I accused star director Dieter Wedel (82, “Greed”) of rape.

In 1996 he is said to have raped the actress Jany Tempel (52) in a Munich hotel. For more than a year, Tempel has been waiting for the Munich Regional Court I to admit the lawsuit. Now she’s fed up with the “stalling.”

She wrote a letter of complaint addressed to the Bavarian Minister of Justice Georg Eisenreich (51, CSU) and Federal Minister of Justice Marco Buschmann (44, FDP), among others.

Tempel scolds: “I can now only see this vacuum as active ignoring, ‘ghosting’ and cover-up. While I have to see that other cases that became public at the same time have long been negotiated and settled.”

And further: “The whole thing has a massive impact on my health, I now consider dealing with myself as a ‘victim’ as psychological bodily harm.”

Regional court spokesman Florian Gliwitzky remains vague when asked by BILD: “The criminal court is currently examining whether the indictment should be admitted and whether the main proceedings should be opened. I assume that the Trial Chamber will make a decision on the opening of the main proceedings in the next few weeks.”

Minister of Justice Eisenreich said through his spokeswoman: “As a matter of principle, we do not comment on individual cases.”
