Jeyson Rojas is out of Colo Colo due to a tear

The end of August has been loaded with crucial matches for Colo Colo, since the semifinals of the Chile Cup will be played against Unión Española, as well as their respective commitments for the 2021 National Championship, where they are on the heels of the leader, Unión La Calera.

Given this load of matches, Gustavo Quinteros will choose to make some changes in the face of his duel with the Hispanics on Wednesday, including some forced ones like that of Jeyson Rojas, who came out with muscle problems in the last game.

However, the loss of the young side will be somewhat prolonged, since ssuffered a tear and may be out of action for about three weeks, so the entire Chile Cup key will be lost, as well as the duel with Deportes Antofagasta, from which it was also suspended.

Óscar Opazo appears as his natural replacement, but the youthful Bruno Gutiérrez could also be considered, with interesting performances in the Chile Cup.

Other players who came out with discomfort from the last game against Unión Española were Gabriel Costa and Joan Cruz, but they were able to train without problems this Monday at the Monumental stadium and could be summoned.

The other big question is Leonardo Gil, who was able to participate in today’s practice, although his presence will be evaluated this Tuesday by the coaching staff in the football work.
