Preserving food in a healthy way and making it yourself
fermentation of food is considered one of the oldest methods of preserving food while preserving valuable nutrients. Suitable for autumn, the master of microorganisms, Sanjay Bösch, who has been working since 2013, will teach us how to preserve regional food in a healthy way in the form of fermentation.
We learn how to keep vegetables healthy and preserve valuable ingredients by adding enzymes from fungi and bacteria. The course is for those who want to enjoy healthy food from the garden all year round.
