The Samsung Galaxy Tab S8 Ultra has competition – at least when it comes to screen size: Lenovo presented the new Tab Extreme with a 14.5-inch OLED panel at CES. Our colleague John Knapp took a look at the Android giant on site. Lenovo equips the Extreme Tab with a 14.5-inch 3K display with a resolution of 3000×1876 pixels. A refresh rate of 120 Hertz ensures smooth animations. A MediaTek Dimensity 9000 works under the hood, which is supported by 12 GB of RAM. Users get 256 GB of storage space, which can be expanded using a microSD card.

In addition to the 13-megapixel front camera, the Lenovo Tab Extreme also offers 13-megapixel and 5-megapixel cameras on the back. Another special feature are the two USB-C ports (3.2 and 2.0). An external monitor can even be connected to the tablet. The battery has a capacity of 12,300 mAh and, according to Lenovo, enables around 12 hours of video playback.

There is a stand that matches the tablet and is magnetically attached to the tablet. A keyboard and a stylus are also available for the Lenovo Tab Extreme. In the US, the tablet is expected to go on sale for around $1,200.
