The big topic this month is – no question about it! – Splatoon 3, for which we bring you the big test. We would have liked to have informed you in full about the multiplayer part of the colorful shooter, but the servers were unreliable online before the release and such a multiplayer mode before the release is not comparable to live operation. We’ll deliver that in the next N-ZONE, but otherwise there’s a full load of information about Splatoon 3. Other stars in the test area of this issue include the cute Kirby in Kirby’s Dream Buffet, the cuddly sacrificial lamb in the viral indie hit Cult of the Lamb and many more pixel heroes.
Maybe you noticed (or were you there yourself?): In August this year the Gamescom took place in Cologne. Although without Nintendo, we still got our hands on some interesting games during our visit to the fair that will be released for the Nintendo Switch and that we want to tell you about – that’s what the preview part of this N-ZONE is all about. As usual, everything is rounded off with exciting specials, news from the gaming world, a lot of community and this time with a few practical tips and tricks with which you can get more out of Cult of the Lamb and Two Point Campus.
By the way, the big September issue of Nintendo Direct just didn’t make it into the magazine! Accordingly, we were not able to process the news from the show in the current issue of N-ZONE. But don’t worry, we’re still getting 100 jam-packed pages of Nintendo magic as usual! And next issue we’ll have all the time in the world to go into detail about what was featured.
