CDMX.- Silvina Moschini is clear about the value of the Escuela Unstoppables program, as she believes that if such an inspiring project had existed when she was a child, it would have changed her life by avoiding much crying and frustration.
The reality show on E! Entertainment is based on female empowerment by giving tools to 10 entrepreneurs that they can apply to the growth of their companies.
During the episodes, they receive direct mentoring from Moschini, the first Latin American woman to take a company to “Unicorn” status (valuation of more than one billion dollars without listing on the Stock Exchange).
“In my generation, being an entrepreneur was plan B, what you did if you didn’t have a job or what you did between jobs. I was educated to follow, not to lead. My generation was not one of empowered women, I had rebelled a lot against that feeling that I could give more.
“My first experience in the program was telling them my story and seeing their excited faces when you told them that there is a better horizon. It would have been selfish if I had things to offer to be able to bring about a change, I didn’t,” recalled the Argentine businesswoman in interview.
In this season, which airs Thursdays at 8:00 p.m. on E! Entertainment, the profiles of the participants are diverse in age, nationality and type of venture.
The same included a woman who is dedicated to finding “treasures” in street markets to later market them in artisan markets, as well as a boxer who ventured into the world of food.
During the episodes, in addition to receiving lessons to improve, they will be exposed to pressure with different tests to choose a winner.
Escuela Unstoppables is about different women at different stages in their lives and in their business. They all play an important role in the dynamics of the show. Some bring more experience, others bring more dreams and freshness, others more technical knowledge, others social and emotional intelligence.
“I told them how I did it and asked what they are facing to, among all, define the logical path to reason in each of the cases. You help them think, to question themselves. They all won,” Moschini said.
