Yuzu is a Nintendo Switch emulator that received a new update that further improves the emulation of The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, fixing an annoying visual issue and introducing a performance improvement of more than 50% in certain scenarios displayed during gameplay of the RPG classic.

The latest Early Access version, 3621, resolves the issue causing missing menu images for weapons. Since the issue is caused by the shared asynchronous build, the team has introduced an option to reset caching in the remove items section that appears when right-clicking the game in the game list.

The new update also fixes audio desync and cracking that can happen under certain conditions, and improves OpenGL performance by more than 50% not only in the latest game in the Zelda series, but also in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet and some other games that also had improved performance.

The fixes introduced by version 3621 will only reach the main version of the Nintendo Switch Yuzu emulator in the next few days, so you have to wait a little longer. Eager players can contribute to the Patreon platform to get early access to the corrective update.
