Industry Energy announced the agreement just after 3.30 on Thursday night. The deadline was at midnight, after the parties had mediated from Tuesday morning.

Offshore rates will be increased by NOK 25,000 from 1 June 2022, Industri Energi states. At the same time, the shift and night allowance is increased from NOK 93.50 to NOK 98 per hour. In addition, the minimum wage rates will be increased, among other things, they will be NOK 230 per hour for skilled workers.
Safe states that committee work was agreed to look at challenges related to staffing, competence and safety in new operating models, as well as issues related to travel, waiting time and compensation.
Safe announced the resignation of 522 members in the event of a strike, while 128 members of Industri Energi would have gone on strike.
