Norbert Moutier, the man who had drawn 1000 fanzines in his childhood and adolescence

Few people know it, but in Orléans a major personality of the counter-culture was born. “A completely offbeat figure in a city where we swear only by Joan of Arc”, rejoices Xavier Girard, who is working hard to make it known. This man is Norbert Moutier, alias NG Mount. He was a bookseller and owner of a video club in the 9th arrondissement of Paris, publisher, relentless collector, professional film buff, actor and director of series Z, author of several fanzines including “Monster Bis”, devoted to cinema bis and “Le Little cartoonist of the 20th century”, with forgotten comics. Among his feats of arms, “Mad Mutilator” (1983), reinterpretation in the forest of Orléans and in Super-8 of “Massacre with the chainsaw”, “recommended to the most hardcore nanardeurs” according to the Nanarland reference site. Suffice to say that when the fanatic died in January 2020, his followers wondered what treasures were going to be able to get out of his apartment.
