Colo Colo lives key hours to try to reverse the situation before the Presidential Delegation.
Finally, Colo Colo confirmed the news that the Colocolino fan did not want to hear: the Cacique vs. Coquimbo Unido match will be played at the Monumental stadium and without an audience in the stands.
A measure that surprised everyone and today, through a statement, Blanco y Negro announced its position regarding what was going to be a party to fire Esteban Paredes.
We leave you the statement here:
“Dear Colocolino fans. Through this statement, we inform that, during the morning of this Wednesday, we have been notified of the decision adopted by the Presidential Delegation, regarding the impossibility that the game this Saturday against Coquimbo Unido, be play with the public
As an institution, we respect the decisions issued by the authority, but we do not share the terms considered to reach said resolution, nor the arguments expressed to adopt this measure, based on reasons of order and security.
We want to be emphatic in expressing our commitment to security in our Stadium and the hard work that has been carried out in recent weeks to offer an optimal stadium experience. In the same way, we are still waiting for a joint work table, which considers all the actors of Chilean soccer to direct an issue as relevant as security in our stadiums.”
However, from inside Colo Colo they deleted this statement and stated that the leadership is fighting to reverse the situation before the Presidential Delegation and be able to play with the public before the cast of Esteban Paredes.
