In recent days, we wrote on these pages that the conditions for further reductions of 10% had been formed. Our view is the following: we are going to panic for a few days but the setup of May 20th is very close and could stop the sales even permanently.

The setup days register with high probability relative absolute minimums / maximums or accelerations.

The next months will expire on 11 and 13 and then on 24 May. On day 20, however, an annual setup will expire.

Eurostoxx Future

Very short bearish trend until we see a daily close above 3.599. Lasting highs only with a weekly close above 3,775.

Ftse Mib Future

Very short bearish trend until we see a daily close above 23.210. Lasting highs only with a weekly close above 24,155.

S&P 500 Index

Very short bearish trend until we see a daily close above 4.082. Lasting up only with a weekly close above 4,309.
