The Government established a Procedure for Self-management, Communication and Data Update of the Potenciar Trabajo program. This is a re-registration that can be carried out until January 6, 2023.
Resolution 2035/2022, published this Friday in the Official Gazette, establishes that “updating data is a personal and mandatory procedure that will take place between November 22, 2022 and January 6, 2023 for all people who are part of the program.
The objective is to “develop a channel of communication and update data of the holders of the Potenciar Trabajo Program within the environment of the Mi Argentina App” and “validate the identity of all program holders by validating filiation data and anthropometric verification” through the application.
Also, search “to update and expand the nominal information available on the holders of the program already identified in the Mi Argentina app for the purpose of promoting greater transparency in management and adapting the actions of the program in terms of the previous knowledge and job aspirations of the holders”, adds one of the published annexes.
The second annex contains all the information to be requested from the owners and those who comply with the self-managed data update: They will continue to receive the Complementary Social Salary, they will continue to be linked to a specific Management or Certification Unit; or if they state that they are not linked to any, they may be assigned to a Management or Certification Unit for compliance with the co-responsibilities provided for in the Program, according to the activities that the interviewee proposes to develop.
“Those holders of the program who do not update their data in the terms and modality provided, will be subject to the procedure that for non-compliance with co-responsibilities provided for in the general guidelines”concludes the official resolution.
