PS3 and PS Vita removed the ability to create accounts in PSN

PlayStation 3 and PlayStation Vita received new updateswhich removed the ability to create an account in PSN from consoles.
Sony advised platform owners to use PC or mobile devices to manage their account. Thus, the company disables the “life support system” of the old generation of consoles. Earlier from PS Store on PS3 and PS Vita, support for bank cards has disappeared and PayPal. 
And at the end of April, Sony officially stopped supporting the PS3 in Japan, in particular, the issue concerned the latest model of the console – PlayStation 3 Super Slim. The company was also going to disable the PS Store itself for PS3 and Vita, but canceled the decision after outrage from the players.
