“If not you, then we!”

The four-part documentary series “If not you, then we” illuminates the major global environmental issues of the present, told from the perspective of four girls who are between 11 and 14 years old. They live in different countries and on different continents, but all of them are already directly affected by the environmental crises and in some cases are threatened existentially. At a time when the solutions to current environmental problems are often presented as highly complex and almost impossible to implement, these children are committed to a future worth living with unmasking clarity.

All episodes are available in the ARD media library: “If not you, then we!”
