The player has more than 250 international matches with the Argentine women’s field hockey team and she has two silver medals: one in London 2012 and the most recent in Tokyo 2020.
For her part, Vernice, 27, made her debut at the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games and achieved an Olympic diploma by finishing in eighth place in the final A in the K1 1000m modality.
