FC Schalke 04 is not yet ready on the transfer market. The Ruhrpottklub announces the commitment of attacker Jordan Larsson. The 25-year-old Swede has signed a contract with the newly promoted Bundesliga club until 2025. There will be no transfer fee after his contract with Spartak Moscow is terminated.
Sports director Rouven Schröder is looking forward to the new signing: “He can create danger both as a second striker and on the wing and his qualities will make our attacking game more unpredictable.”
With Larsson’s signing, S04 have a total of four center forwards available. In addition to Marius Bülter, Sebastian Polter and Simon Terodde, the son of Sweden’s football legend Henrik Larsson should provide goals. At Spartak Moscow, the left-footed player scored 27 goals in 83 games.
