Sexualized Eurovision show: – Takes on places you should not at a family show

It has long been discussed whether Albania’s participant Ronela Hajati would be censored during the semi-finals in Turin.

She was the first participant out when the semifinal started at 21.00, and one can clearly say that the show is not censored.

Most sexualized ever?

Hajati sings the song “Secret” and performs lightly dressed on stage. On stage, she has also sexualized contact with men and a woman, and other men have sexualized behavior with each other.

President of the Norwegian MGP club, Morten Thomassen, has said the following about the number of the blog sin:

“Can’t remember seeing a more sexualized show before in ESC.”

Subwoolfer before the semifinals: – We do not know what nervousness is

Family show

When TV 2 and Good evening Norway ask Thomassen what the show is criticized for, he answers that it is, among other things, the dynamics between the singer and the dancers:

– Most people paw at each other, so to speak. Many take on places where you should not take on a family show. You can see it at a Madonna concert, and it’s perfectly normal, but it’s a little different when it happens on a program that gathers the family in front of the TV. It’s a little “fy”.

During the semifinals, you could see that she and the dancers dance close to each other and pull their abdomen towards each other.

On social media, several believe it would have been hypocritical if the EBU censored her show and justify this, among other things, with the fact that last year’s winners, MÃ¥neskin, were allowed to act lightly dressed.

Twitter users seem divided after the Albanian artist opened this year’s first Eurovision semi-final. Many people think the show was sexy and that she performed brilliantly, but there are also those who think the show is more than vulgar.

Crazy outfit

This is not the first time Ronela Hajati has made headlines in Turin.

On the red carpet on Sunday morning, where all this year’s favorites were gathered, she lined up with a large square block on her head.

– I think that borders, we have to remove them, she said to Good evening Norway when she was asked what was the inspiration behind the outfit.
