Sivens: the State condemned to compensate the family of Rémi Fraisse

The state was condemned this Thursday, November 25 by the administrative court of Toulouse for its “Strict liability” in the death of Rémi Fraisse, following law enforcement operations in Sivens in October 2014 which led to the death of the young environmental activist.
