Episode III is a pivotal part of the Star Wars saga. It is in this opus that Anakin switches completely to the dark side, massacring the apprentices of the Jedi Temple before being manhandled by Obi-Wan. Palpatine defeats Master Yoda and establishes his domination over the galaxy. Rich in winks, the film seems to integrate an easter egg from the most famous ship in the franchise, even in the history of cinema: the Millennium Falcon.

By carefully observing the bottom of your screen (23:51), the device dear to Solo and Chewie visibly makes a brief appearance. A wink for fans since the ship plays no role in the plot. Solo will acquire it in the film Solo: A Star Wars Story which takes place after the events of Episode III.

The Millennium Falcon is present in episode III

If many fans assure that George Lucas had once confirmed this Easter egg of the Falcon, it is not easy to find a trace of this declaration. But it does exist in an article dated 2005 on the official Star Wars website. A very old paper that is no longer accessible on the interface. But thanks to the magic of the Internet Archive, it is still possible to consult it here.
