Strong reactions – after Victoria and Daniel’s private million purchases

Victoria and Daniel are investing for the future, which is provoking reactions.

Victoria and Daniel live everyday at Haga Castle outside Stockholm, but there is nothing to stop them from acquiring additional properties, an opportunity they have taken advantage of.

One of them is Villa Skönvik, which is located on royal land on Solliden on Öland, the other is the newly acquired plot on Värmdö in the Stockholm archipelago, where the Crown Princess couple will build a holiday home.

Svensk Damtiding has spoken with the broker Björn Ericsson, who runs Svensk Fastighetsförmedling on Värmdö, describes the area Fågelbro where Victoria and Daniel are now building a holiday home as “fantastic” and “very expensive”.

– Can you get 40-50 million for a place on Värmdö? Of course you can, every time. That’s probably what it should be for such a place with a lake plot and a normal-sized house. If you look at Fågelbro and Malma, it is among the most expensive areas on Värmdö. A lake plot there is sold for much more than a lake plot in another area, said Björn Ericsson.

– Then it is the case that when people that people know knock down the piles in an area, the prices go up. It draws people.

Nothing remarkable about it. Just breathe jealousy. They know how to renovate and do it with quality. Pays off in the long run. Exemplary couple.Writes a third person in his comment.
